We are no longer using this site to take appointment bookings. Please visit our consular services page for information about the services we offer. If the British Consulate General does provide the service that you seek, please email for an appointment.

Appointments which were previously booked through this site will still be honoured.

Important Notice

The British Consulate General will not respond to any Visa or Passport Enquiries

We are unable to provide any information relating to British passport applications. Please refer any such questions to Her Majesty’s Passport Office, using the link following link how to apply for a passport overseas.

We cannot provide any information relating to Visa enquiries or provide information on the entry requirements to the UK for non-British citizens. The following link will provide you with information on the UK Visa application process.

Although we do provide (limited) notarial services, by appointment only, please be aware that unless you have a specific requirement for a Consular officer to carry out the service, you will need to contact a local notaire.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) which will be converted into GBP or by cash (euro).

Please be advised that emergencies will take precedence over pre-booked appointments.

Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service. As the power to perform Notarial acts is given to Consular staff by domestic United Kingdom legislation, we are unlikely to be able to carry out acts for use in countries other than the United Kingdom and Overseas territories, and Commonwealth countries without diplomatic representation in Belgium.

Fees are payable in Euros (some services paid for by credit card are payable in GBP). We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, debit card (Visa or Mastercard only) which will be converted into GBP or by cash (euro). We do not accept personal cheques.

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you will be able to do so by following the link in the confirmation e-mail.
